Get Together with TM Info-Media Luncheon
The CEO of TM Info-Media went to regional branches at Johor Bahru on 27 February and Ipoh on 1 March 2012 to greet customers in each region for a get together luncheon. The events received good response with 50 guests coming from various kinds of company all over the cities.
As a part of Customer Loyalty Program, Get Together with TM Info-Media was held to ensure TM Info-Media’s customers getting the best quality of service as well as establishing a close relationship between the two parties. The main objective of Get Together with TM Info-Media is to show TM Info-Media’s appreciation to the customers and strengthen the tie for a closer relationship.
Kelab TM Ibu Pejabat Cawangan TM Info-Media First General Meeting
Kelab TM Ibu Pejabat Cawangan TM Info-Media organized a mass gathering for it’s first General Meeting at TM Info-Media Townhall. Packed with 200 club members, the General Meeting was officially opened by the CEO of TM Info-Media, En. Alfian Abu Talib. The agenda of the meeting was to vote up on the most suitable candidates for President, Vice President, Department Representative and other board members.
Kelab TM Ibu Pejabat Cawangan TM Info-Media is a club where the staffs get to participate in fun and recreational events throughout the year.
TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd aims at strengthening the relationship with customers
TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd held a Chinese New Year Dinner at Mega View Banquet Deck, Menara Kuala Lumpur. According to En Alfian Abu Talib, CEO of TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd, this memorable event is held every year to not only celebrate the New Year but to provide an opportunity for the TM Info-Media management team, customers and special guests to strengthen the relationship and develop the spirit of getting together. The director of TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd, Datuk Bazlan Osman, also stated the importance of the SMEs toward the country’s economy and how TM and TM Info-Media continue to support through collaborative efforts that would encourage business growth and enhance the competitiveness of products offered by SMEs.
Along with the 100 top customers of TM Info-Media, TM SME and partners, and special guests;, Mr Brandon Tan, CEO of Lita Multimedia Sdn Bhd, Mr Jimmy Tan, Marketing Director Samsung, Mr Wayne Lim, CEO of Malaysia SME Magazine, and Dato’ Zuraidah Mohd Said, CEO Menara Kuala Lumpur also attended to this festive event at that night.
During the Dinner, the guests were entertained with a dragon dance performance by Heng Kok Lion Dance and Chinese zodiac prediction of this New Year of the Dragon by Mr Kenny Hoo from Good Feng Shui Geomatic Research. Singing artist also performed on stage to entertain the guests that night by MKL band. Other than special entertainment, the dinner also prepared over 10 grand prizes for best dress award and lucky draws.

Dinner with the orphans of Raudhatul Faeez
In the evening of 15 August 2011, we were having a blissful breakfasting dinner with the children of Raudhatul Faeez, Rumah Anak-anak Yatim dan Al-Asnaf. It was a joyful experience getting to know the children. We are bringing them gifts, 'duit raya' and of course, their favourite foods too. We spent the time together with much care and love. The memories of them are always in our mind and heart and we are looking forward to meet them again in future.

Matta Fair August 2011
We are distributing FREE copy of Yellow Pages , White Pages and other niche directories such as Malaysia Energy Guide, Halal Pages, and Malaysia Tourist Pages during MATTA Fair August 2011, at Tun Dr. Ismail Hall, PWTC. It was tiring but very entertaining event. The books were distributed fast and for the first time ever, we revealed our new Internet Yellow Pages Promotion during the event. Hope to see all the visitors again in other event or in the next MATTA Fair. See ya!
